Kampur College students’ union is the general body of the students of the college. The office bearers of the Union are elected annually through direct voting method. This body organises events and activities like sports, cultural programmes and other social activities. It also publishes a magazine annually as a means for developing the creative potentialities of the students.

The college has a Grievance Redressal Cell which pays attention to the grievances of the students.

The college has a language club which at present deals only with English language. This club was formed with a view to develop the students’ English language competency. Under its banner language club organises various activities like lecture session, workshop etc on subjects pertaining to English language and the four language learning skills.

a. Ragging within the institutions / departments is strictly prohibited. b. Ragging in any form is prohibited also in the private lodges/buildings where these college students are staying. c. No person including students / staff / faculty shall participate or abet or propagate ragging in any form. No person shall practise ragging in any form, within or outside the premises of the college. Any person who contravenes the provision listed above shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 years or with fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees or with both.

It is mandatory for every student and his/her parents to submit an anti ragging affidavit at the time of first admission and there after each year at the time of annual registration.
